Alpha 0.4.1: A Quicker Start
Campaign
The first three levels are shorter, so the campaign gets going sooner. The later fights push back harder: Tusheti's Kachag bands are three times as big, and Hereti brings more raiders.
Balance
Every barracks and archery range now trains one more soldier. The Khevsur lord has been weakened, and the Tavadi's Kizhina war cry has been strengthened.
Interface
What the next dawn will pay now always shows under your coins. Upgrade cards show a building's totals instead of plus signs, and the region map names every region you hover over.
History
Queen Tamar's banner now follows the historical design. A few smaller fixes come with this update as well.
Alpha 0.4.0: Lords and Themes
Customize
A new book on the main menu, Customize, lets you shape your game: the lord you play, the look of the world and the flag over your buildings and menus.
Lords
There are three lords to choose from, each with a weapon and a power of their own. The Tavadi, a prince of Kakheti, has a quick bow and the Kizhina war cry. The Khevsur, a chief from the high gorges, fights with sword and shield and whirls into Parikaoba. The Dedopali, the queen, carries a long-barrelled dambacha pistol, and her Tsqaloba heals the people and buildings around her.
Themes and flags
Three themes change the world, its light, its weather and its sounds: Kakhetian Summer, Highland Winter and Rtveli Autumn. You can also fly the flag of Georgia over your buildings and menus.
The Guide
How to play and the encyclopedia are now one book, the Guide. A few smaller fixes come with this update as well.
