Haji Chalabi, Khan of Shaki
Warlord
He comes over the water with a great mace. His stomps shake the ground and crack buildings, he keeps calling bands of his men to him, and when he is badly hurt he flies into a rage and calls them twice as often.

History
Haji Chalabi founded the Shaki Khanate, east of Kakheti beyond Jar-Belakan, when he rose against Nader Shah's rule in 1743. He ruled it, with a short break, until his death in 1755.
In the early 1750s he fought the Georgian kings Teimuraz II and Erekle II for power over the khanates of the eastern Caucasus. Accounts of those battles disagree about who won them, and his son Agha Kishi Beg took his place in 1755.
Shaki lies far from any lake of Kakheti: his boats, his stomp and his rage are game choices.
